Conference Lingua Forum
The Caledonian school organised two annual Lingua Forum conferences that focused on providing information in the area of language education. The conferences were organised in cooperation with two prestigious publishing houses: Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Longman and Hueber. The conferences took place at Národní dům in Smíchov and the Caledonian school, 24 Vltavská.
Lingua Forum 2005 and 2006 conferences were divided into two blocks. Prominent foreign textbook authors gave lectures during the morning block that took place at Národní dům in Smíchov. The afternoon block at the Caledonian school focused on practical workshops where participants were encouraged to apply their theoretical knowledge.
