Recruitment of Teachers for the Caledonian School
As a member of Asociace jazykových škol České republiky (Association of Language Schools in the Czech Republic), we impose high quality standards on our teachers and on their further development. We recruit teachers from all over the world. Most of our teachers come from the USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain and other countries of the European Union.
Recruitment takes place in our recruitment offices in the Czech Republic and Canada. It is a two-round process and checks pedagogical skills, experience, people skills, creativity and other qualities important for teaching. A demonstration lesson is an integral part of recruitment.
Recruitment criteria:
- pedagogical education (university and/or internationally recognized teaching qualifications)
- experience in language teaching
- people skills
